Drinks and snacks are always on offer in our vibrant break-out lounge and the meeting rooms have a sharp, contemporary design with an executive corporate feel. You'll be expecting all the latest technology and you won’t be disappointed. Meeting rooms have large HD screens and input for laptop, video, sound and data.

The Auden Rooms offers complimentary wireless internet access - plus room temperature, blinds and lighting - is controlled via a touchscreen remote. Our large meeting space also features a hidden electronic screen and data projector in place of the HDTV. Plus all our conference rooms offer natural daylight through large, floor to ceiling windows.

One of our executive board rooms can host video conferencing for up to four destinations on large HD screens - a great way of including your people whilst minimising travel and cutting down the all-important carbon footprint. We know being away from the office is a big investment and we're here to make sure you get a good return from your conference in Birmingham.

Two of our conference rooms lead directly onto a roof terrace, with great views across the City Park and towards Millennium Point. This open air space greatly enhances the event space, providing a welcome breath of fresh air while your delegates network, take a coffee break or sip a cocktail as the sun goes down.
